Thanksgiving

Gather with family and friends for a soulful Southern Thanksgiving crafted by Partner Chef Donald Link. Inspired by the dishes he serves at his own family table, this three-course tasting menu begins with a savory turkey and andouille sausage gumbo. The main course features a Boudin-Stuffed Turkey Roulade served with mashed potatoes and giblet gravy, smothered green beans, cornbread and oyster dressing, cranberry sauce, and French milk buns.

For dessert, choose between a traditional pumpkin pie or our satsuma buttermilk pie, a citrus-forward twist on a Southern classic.

This Thanksgiving menu is $95 per person and will be the only menu offered. Options are available for small children.
